Pick-up is also available. There will be a spot for you to tell us more about how you'd like to receive your order when you are directed to the "shipping" portion of your order. We can usually find a place to meet that is convenient for both parties.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Joy & Co. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Simply contact us to initiate the process, and we'll provide you with instructions on how to return or exchange your item.
Please note that products must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, and exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item.
